I offer guided meditation and conscious intention setting to help you harness your healing and fully 'arrive'. Once the Sound Journey begins, simply lay down & relax, allowing music and live mantra to ease you into deep rest, meditation or other altered states of awareness. Every sound journey is unique. I intuitively connect to the group energy and channel higher guidance to support your wellbeing on all levels.
No meditation experience required. All welcome.
