I offer guided relaxation and conscious intention setting to help you harness the energy of the full moon and to fully 'arrive'.
Once the Sound Journey begins, simply choose a comfortable position and allow the music and live healing mantras to ease you into deep rest, meditation or other altered states of awareness.
Every sound journey is unique. I intuitively connect to the group energy and channel higher guidance to support your wellbeing on all levels.
No meditation experience required. All welcome.
